It’s almost as if these 'public servants' have a pre-scripted agenda, meticulously crafted to ensure that every available square inch of Carpinteria is utilized for maximum developer profit, disguised as 'progress' for the community. The little people, of course, get to watch their sleepy beach town vanish under a tidal wave of concrete and NIMBY tears.
