How many expensive, taxpayer-funded 'advisory' bodies does one small town truly need to decide if a new patio cover matches the existing stucco?

Is this 'Jojo' an independent voice, or another cog in the machine that greenlights every developer's pet project, regardless of actual community benefit or fiscal sanity? Given the left's penchant for committees, commissions, and boards to dictate every aspect of daily life, it's fair to ask whether this new member represents genuine expertise or just another tick box for progressive governance.
