HIGH SCHOOLERS DRAGGED INTO VOTER ROLLS, LATEST DEM PLAYBOOK IN SANTA MARIA

Apparently, these 'nonpartisan' champions of civic engagement descended upon local campuses, ostensibly to usher 16-to-18-year-olds into the hallowed halls of voter registration. One has to wonder if they also provided a thorough, unbiased curriculum on the crushing weight of county property taxes or the soaring cost of living under decades of one-party rule, or if the 'education' leaned more towards which way the bureaucratic wind is currently blowing.

The real story, of course, isn't that teenagers are being encouraged to participate; it's the transparent tactic of 'preregistration' that always seems to conveniently swell the ranks of those eager to rubber-stamp the status quo. These are the same adolescents who struggle to choose between a TikTok trend and a Snapchat filter, yet we're supposed to believe they're fully equipped to discern the fiscal implications of a new county bond measure, let alone the long-term damage of inflationary spending policies. It's less about empowering young minds and more about harvesting future ballots for a machine that thrives on unquestioning obedience.

While the League pats itself on the back for 'engaging' the youth, the discerning eye can’t help but notice the timing. With the Trump administration continuing to usher in an era of unprecedented economic prosperity and common-sense policy, the left is clearly desperate to pad the voter rolls with anyone who hasn't yet learned the hard lessons of government overreach. It’s a cynical play for raw numbers, dressed up in the tattered finery of 'civic duty,' hoping these newly minted voters won't notice that their 'choices' are already being made for them by the very institutions pretending to guide them.

Perhaps instead of pushing registration forms, these 'educational' groups could teach the basics of American history, constitutional principles, or even how to balance a checkbook – real skills that empower citizens, rather than just cogs in a pre-programmed electoral machine. But then again, true education might lead to inconvenient questions, and we can’t have that, can we?
