Because nothing says 'resilience' quite like forcing property owners to gut their homes and businesses for upgrades based on ever-shifting green mandates. We're sure the local contractors, once they’ve navigated the labyrinthine permit process, will be thrilled to charge premium prices for 'climate-friendly' retrofits that somehow always seem to benefit the politically connected.
